Return Policy for Custom Suits

Thank you for choosing Sri Luxe. Due to the custom nature of our suits, we are unable to accept returns. Each suit is handcrafted specifically to your measurements, ensuring a perfect fit that’s uniquely yours.

However, we want you to be fully satisfied. That’s why we offer one complimentary tailoring adjustment to ensure your suit meets your expectations perfectly. If you need an adjustment, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your suit to schedule your fitting.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
